We ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment so we can confirm your information and start your visit on time.
Parking & Directions
Our office is on the second floor of the building at 214 Bridge Street (Route 9), a short walk east of downtown Northampton. Suite 200 is reached by the main lobby elevator, and the entrance is accessible.
Free patient parking is available in the lot behind the building; additional metered street parking is available along Bridge Street. From Interstate 91, take the Route 9 East / Northampton exit, follow Route 9 through the center of town onto Bridge Street, and the building will be on your right. We are served by the local PVTA bus routes that run along Bridge Street.
After-Hours Care
If you have an urgent medical concern when the office is closed, call our main line at (413) 586-2740. The recorded message will connect you with the answering service, and the on-call provider from our team will be reached for you. Please save routine questions, appointment requests, and refill needs for regular office hours or the patient portal.
In an Emergency
If you are experiencing a medical emergency – such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding, or thoughts of harming yourself – call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not wait for a call back from our office.
