Your patient portal is one of the easiest ways to stay connected with your care team at Cendity Health. Whether you are checking a lab result at home in Northampton or sending a quick question between visits, the portal puts a lot of helpful tools in one place. Here is how to get the most out of it.
What You Can Do in the Portal
Signing in at portal.cendity.com gives you secure, around-the-clock access to many of the things patients call us about most. From your computer or phone, you can:
- View test and lab results once they have been reviewed by your provider.
- Send secure messages to your care team with non-urgent questions.
- Request prescription refills for your current medications.
- Request or manage appointments and see upcoming visit details.
- Review your visit summaries and parts of your health record.
- Update your contact information so we can always reach you.
Getting Started
If you have not activated your account yet, let our front desk know at your next visit or give us a call at (413) 586-2740, and we can help you get set up. When you first log in, take a moment to confirm your phone number, email, and pharmacy so refill requests and reminders reach the right place.
A Few Tips
- Choose a strong password and keep it private, just as you would for online banking.
- Turn on notifications so you know when a new result or message is waiting.
- Be specific in messages. Sharing clear details helps your care team respond accurately.
- Give results a little time. Some tests are posted before your provider has added their notes, so a follow-up message may arrive shortly after.
When to Use the Portal, and When to Call
The portal is perfect for routine, non-urgent needs. Because messages are not monitored around the clock, please call the office during business hours for anything time-sensitive. Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm; we are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you are ever experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 right away.
